Message frequency varies based on repair activity. You may receive messages when you submit a repair request, when PropFixly asks diagnostic questions, when photos/videos or availability are needed, when an appointment is scheduled, when a repair provider is on the way, when repair status changes, when owner approval is needed, when a quote or completion update is available, or when follow-up support is required.
