Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of PropFixly's website, repair coordination services, SMS/text messaging, WhatsApp messaging, email, phone calls, forms, and related services. By using PropFixly, you agree to these Terms.

1. PropFixly Services

PropFixly helps coordinate home and rental property repairs between residents/tenants, property owners, vendors, contractors, and repair providers. Services may include repair intake, troubleshooting, diagnostic questions, photo/video collection, quote review, scheduling coordination, owner approvals, vendor communication, repair updates, completion summaries, and repair documentation.

PropFixly is a repair coordination service. PropFixly may help review repair options, compare repair versus replacement paths, coordinate vendors, and organize information, but PropFixly does not guarantee that every issue can be repaired, that every quote is the lowest possible quote, or that vendors will always be available at a specific time.

2. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile number to PropFixly, signing up for PropFixly, being designated as a repair contact for a property using PropFixly, scanning a PropFixly repair QR code, verbally agreeing to receive messages, or texting PropFixly directly, you consent to receive transactional/customer-care text messages from PropFixly related to home or rental property repair coordination.

Messages may include repair intake, diagnostic questions, photo/video requests, appointment scheduling, arrival updates, repair status updates, owner approval requests, quote summaries, completion confirmations, and follow-up support.

Message frequency varies based on repair activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop SMS updates. Reply HELP for help. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, including property details, contact information, repair descriptions, photos, videos, availability, warranty information, and any relevant safety concerns.

Residents/tenants should not approve vendor pricing, additional repair work, replacement work, or payment directly unless PropFixly or the property owner authorizes it.

Property owners are responsible for reviewing and approving repair work, payment obligations, access rules, vendor decisions, and repair thresholds unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Repairs, Vendors, and Contractors

PropFixly may coordinate with independent vendors, contractors, technicians, or repair providers. Vendors and contractors are responsible for their own labor, licensing, insurance, tools, workmanship, pricing, and compliance with applicable laws.

PropFixly may help collect quotes, compare options, and communicate recommendations, but final repair decisions and approvals may remain with the property owner or authorized decision maker.

5. Emergency Situations

PropFixly is not an emergency service. For emergencies involving fire, gas smell, active flooding, electrical danger, suspected carbon monoxide, medical danger, immediate health/safety risk, or any life-threatening situation, call 911, emergency services, your utility emergency line, or the appropriate emergency provider first.

6. Payments and Fees

PropFixly may charge subscription fees, repair coordination fees, service fees, vendor payments, or other fees depending on the selected service. Fees and payment terms may be described during signup, checkout, invoice, or repair approval.

Unless otherwise agreed, property owners are responsible for approved repair charges, vendor charges, parts, materials, service fees, and applicable taxes.

7. Photos, Videos, and Repair Data

You may provide repair-related photos, videos, messages, documents, and other information to help PropFixly diagnose, coordinate, document, and improve repairs.

PropFixly may use repair messages, photos, videos, property details, contact information, vendor information, quotes, invoices, repair outcomes, and related service data to provide, coordinate, document, support, secure, analyze, and improve PropFixly services.

PropFixly may use service data to improve repair workflows, diagnostics, pricing intelligence, vendor coordination, quality control, automation, and internal AI systems.

PropFixly may create and use aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information for business, analytics, research, benchmarking, product improvement, or commercial purposes, provided it does not identify a specific tenant, resident, property owner, property, or individual repair request.

8. No Professional Advice

PropFixly may provide repair coordination, cost review, diagnostic support, and operational recommendations. PropFixly does not provide legal, tax, insurance, engineering, architectural, or other licensed professional advice unless explicitly stated by a properly licensed professional.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PropFixly is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost rent, loss of use, property damage caused by third parties, vendor delays, vendor workmanship, or failed repairs.

10. Changes to the Service or Terms

PropFixly may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of PropFixly after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
